Chappaqua resident Jessica Reinmann founded 914Cares in 2014 when she became aware of the level of poverty that exists (somewhat quietly) across Westchester County. "The people we want to help go beyond simple statistics; they are individuals who deserve the same level of respect and dignity that we have for ourselves," Reinmann says.
