Horten brings a strong background in nonprofit leadership, community engagement, and strategic development to her new role. Since 2021, she has been deeply involved in advancing 914Cares’ mission and has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to ensuring that families in Westchester have access to essential resources, including diapers, clothing, and hygiene products. Horten will lead the organization’s strategic vision, expand partnerships, and strengthen programs that support vulnerable children and families throughout the county.
